All training done in-person or zoom.
THIS IS FOR THE MARATHON YOU HAVE COMING UP OR JUST COMING BACK FROM A INJURY, OR JUST WANT A JUMP ON GETTING IN SHAPE BEFORE JOINING A CLASS. THIS TYPE OF TRAINING IS ALSO DONE IN 30 MIN TIME FRAMES FOR JUST WEIGHT TRAINING.
PERSONAL TRAINING CAN BE COSTLY, WHY NOT MAKE IT A SMALL GROUP OR JUST GRAB A BUDDY, EITHER WAY YOU WILL RECEIVE THAT ONE ON ONE YOUR LOOKING FOR BUT WITH A FRIEND!

4 OR LESS PEOPLE IN A CLASS, THIS IS A VERY FUN AND INEXPENSIVE WAY TO GET PERSONAL TRAINING. MOST CLASSES ARE 20 MIN OF VARIED CARDIO AND 30 MINS OF WEIGHT TRAINING.

WORKING OUT IS GREAT AND WONDERFUL FOR YOUR BODY, BUT HOW WE LOOK IS 80% NUTRITION, SO THIS IS A GREAT TOOL TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EAT TO LOOSE BODY FAT OR GAIN MUSCLE. THE APT IS ABOUT 15 MIN AND WE COME UP WITH AN EATING PLAN TO MEET YOUR GOALS. THE TEST GIVES YOU A 2 PAGE REPORT ON YOUR OWN BODY MAKE UP WITH EXCESS FAT, HEALTHLY FAT, MUSCLE AND WATER AS WELL AS YOU BMR (BASE METABOLIC RATE) = NUMBER OF CALORIES YOU BURN AT REST ALL DAY.
